A 'sukajan' souvenir jacket made from indigo-dyed rayon/cotton satin fabric. The high proportion of cotton in this special fabric gives this piece a firm sense of tension and texture while still retaining the lustre and drape that rayon is known for. Many of the designs are familiar 'sukajan' motifs: dragons, Mt. Fuji, a Shinto torii gate; but this one has some special Samurai accents such as a dragon with a helmet, a sword, and military armour. The embroidery is done by hand and the rib parts are also custom knitted, giving this jacket a very special look and feel.

Please note that dark indigo is used here which means that if the fabric gets wet from rain or sweat, there is a possibility that the dye may fade or transfer to other garments. The same may occur if the fabric is rubbed too strongly.
